SHREE GARLIC, Mandsaur follows the standard process line for making the final dehydrated garlic products. As we mentioned that we are located in the area i.e. Mandsaur (M.P.) which is one of the major production area for garlic in India, and here we have the most suitable conditions for best quality garlic production, so we purchase the Best Quality RAW GARLIC directly from farmers in the market and then we carefully clean all the garlic.
After cleaning we put it in a machine (Decoticater) and brick & divide in one-one split, spirited by its thick size. After spirited we have wash split in water, after washing we have punch split (between two steel roil machine) after punching we dry split in sunlight for one or two days. After drying we put it in a machine (Pulper) and remove skin and passing on (Destoner + Magnetic Passing Machine) for clinging skin and heavy particles. After passing we put garlic flakes in electric hot air dryer to maintain the moisture level and then pass it in the UV light (for Bacteria Control). After this we put it in (Buller) shortX and divide color wise, when this process is done, we pack the flakes in a food grade plastic bag and put it in PP bag then stock it in cold storage.
This is the full process that we follow for producing DRY GARLIC FLAKES from RAW GARLIC. This process is longer than other processes and it takes more time also but we still use the same process. The main reason behind it is that, in this complete process we take care of the natural flavor of Garlic, also we ensure that our garlic is not getting damaged in between process. We maintain the main and important property of Garlic such as ALICIN or Oil content present in the Garlic. This thing makes us better than others.
